Become a certified coach in
the art of women's connection.
Be an advocate for one of the most essential aspects of well-being: human connection.
As a certified Relational Health Coach, you’ll help women build, strengthen, and sustain their platonic relationships. Whether you're supporting a woman who feels isolated, guiding a client through friendship conflict, or helping someone deepen their connections, your work will create ripple effects in their mental, emotional, and even physical health.

Responding to a Growing Need

SPECIALIZED SUPPORT

Many women are seeking specialized support for the issues they're facing in their platonic relationships.
Some feel that their therapy sessions help them process the root of their issues, but they're left without actionable strategies.
Others seek support from life coaches who are supportive but lack technical knowledge about women's specific communication, connection, and conflict tendencies.

Women's relational health coaches are equipped to help with both.

SUPPORT FOR PHYSICAL HEALTH

Social support and relational health also play a key role in how women experience five of the top ten conditions that most impact women's wellness: menopause, premenstrual syndrome, depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, and heart disease.

Research draws a direct connection between how women experience these conditions and the quality of their relational health.

For those currently working in industries centered around women's wellness, a relational health coach certification can increase their overall knowledge and effectiveness in generating positive, holistic outcomes.

A CRITICAL PIECE OF THE MENTAL HEALTH LANDSCAPE

Mental health professionals are overloaded. Faced with the increased workload, the number of psychologists who reported not being able to meet the demand rose from 30% in 2020 and 41% in 2021, to 46% in 2022.
Relational health coaches can fill a gap for women who may not need therapy, but do need guidance, encouragement, and tools to handle friendship-related challenges.

And for mental health professionals who want to specialize in women's friendships, this training program can help them deepen their knowledge in this area.

A GROWING INDUSTRY

An International Coaching Federation survey of over 14,5000 participants found that the coaching profession’s growth accelerated between 2019 to 2022, growing 54% worldwide during this period.

Becoming a relational health coach caters to an untapped coaching specialty. Relationship coaching tends to focus on romance or family. Friendship — especially adult female friendship — is an underserved and wide-open niche.

Women are also finding that social media isn't enough. Online “friendship advice” lacks nuance. Women want personalized, thoughtful support, and that's something a certified relational health coach can provide.

For adult women who are looking for skilled guides, relational health coaches can help them return to deep, meaningful connections.

GROWING INTEREST IN WOMEN'S WELLNESS

A 2023 McKinsey Report found that women are spending more money on their wellness, including products and services for health support and mindfulness (including things like therapy and coaching). Millennials are leading the charge in this growth, with Gen Z not too far behind.

As the definition of "wellness" expands to include mental health and relationships, we're proud to be operate in a space that is helping so many women to experience increased health and overall life satisfaction.
